The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive bids in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street until 10:00 A.M. On Monday, April 1, 2024, for the following:
FURNISH ONE (1) NEW CURRENT MODEL CHASSIS WITH DUMP BOX, PLOW AND WING FOR THE MARSHALL STREET DEPARTMENT.
TRADE-IN ONE (1) 2004 STERLING TRUCK CHASSIS AND DUMP BOX WITH A FALLS 12' FULL TRIP REVERSIBLE SNOWPLOW FROM THE MARSHALL STREET DEPARTMENT.
Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the City Clerk and Director of Public Works/City Engineer will publicly open bids in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street.
Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement as to the vehicle(s) / unit(s) for which the bid(s) is made.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Specifications are on file at the office of the City Engineer. Vendors who desire specifications may secure them from the City Engineer.
Bids will be considered by the City Council on April 9, 2024, at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 344 West Main Street, Marshall, MN 56258.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
