To be able to begin construction in fall of 2024, and show community support, fundraising is crucial for the success of this project. To assist with raising funds, the City, in partnership with the Marshall Community Foundation, is in the process of launching a variety of community fundraising efforts. All donations will be run through the Marshall Community Foundation as they are serving as the fiscal host for the project.
