Closure of S. 1st St. & Greeley St. on 7/8
CLOSURE OF S. 1ST STREET AND GREELEY STREET BEGINNING FRIDAY - JULY 8, 2022
R&G Construction Co. will be closing South 1st Street between George Street and Greeley Street and Greeley Street between College Drive and Saratoga Street beginning Friday, July 8, 2022. Contractor intends to begin pavement removal and access will be limited for local traffic. All vehicles are recommended to be parked on adjacent streets during construction.
Once the pavement is removed, the surface will be put back as a gravel to allow for local traffic. Local traffic is anticipated to be maintained except during underground utility and pavement construction. No thru traffic will be allowed through the project area during the construction project.
