Classification & Compensation Study

The City of Marshall is accepting proposals for a Classification & Compensation Study to include City, Marshall-Lyon County Library, and Marshall Public Housing Authority employees.  The study shall include job evaluation, market analysis, and review of internal equity in the development and implementation of a classification and compensation system for its full- and part-time employees.  The full RFP can be viewed here or requested from the Human Resources Manager by email at HR@ci.marshall.mn.us.  All inquiries about the RFP shall be direct to Sheila Dubs, Human Resource Manager by email. Proposals must be received by December 4, 2020 at 4:00 PM.
