Marshall Rental Code
The City of Marshall has adopted a new Rental Ordinance 24-003 of the City Code of Ordinances. The new city ordinance requires all residential rental properties, except dormitories and state licensed facilities, but including short-term rental units, to be registered with the City of Marshall. The purpose of this ordinance is to ensure that basic life safety features are built into each rental unit. Please follow relevant links below to learn more.
