Construction Documents Required
The State Building Code requires that “Construction documents … and other data” are submitted with each application for a permit (Minnesota Rules 1300.0130, Subp. 1)
Construction documents shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature, and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, as determined by the building official.
